It's been a long time since I have updated this blog, have taken 1 year off for a world travelling experience, decided to extend it to another year!

The old adage of 'We are What we Eat' needs to be explored a little deeper in the impending resource crisis. We should develop a sense of urgency in changing our perceptions and the way we pollute our minds/body/environment.
